What is the Best Way to Lose Weight?

I ask myself regularly, "What is the best way to lose weight?"

I also ponder, "What is the most SUSTAINABLE way to lose weight?"

The answer is that you have to work the right muscle!

I've encountered many people who have tried to lose weight for 5, 10, 15, even 20 or 30 years and they continue to struggle.

I believe the reason for this is that they are not utilizing the right muscle.

This has nothing to do with the person's exercise routine.

The muscle in question that is essential for long-term sustainable weight loss is the MIND.

  • Your mind knows the right choices for your body.
  • Your mind is what makes good choices or bad choices.
  • Your mind is what determines what type of habits you pursue.
  • Your mind is what sets your motivation.
  • Your mind provides your willpower.
  • Your mind is what keeps you consistently motivated.

The only way to lose weight easily is to work the muscle that is your mind.

Just like you would never expect to have strong, stable, flexible legs without exercise, you cannot expect your mind to function at its best without strengthening it.

  • It's ludicrous to think that you are going to be calm, peaceful, happy, and successful without strengthening your mind.
  • It's absurd to assume you will easily make the right decisions without strengthening this muscle.
  • It is folly to think you'll have good self-control and high willpower without strengthening your mind.

Think about it - we expect to just hop onto a diet and just start a workout routine without strengthening our minds first.

That is why most diets and weight loss programs fail.

If you've tried a bunch of different diets and/or workouts and failed, it is time to focus on your mind instead.

You may have read a bunch of books and know a lot about nutrition and fitness.

You may even know a lot about how to develop habits and other strategies for losing weight.

But all of that is just using your intellect and your conscious mind.

That is not addressing your underlying beliefs, your chronic thoughts, and your hidden saboteurs.

That is like trying to do a squat on one leg.

It's not impossible, but it's making it unnecessarily hard.

Why would you only use one leg when you have two legs?

Approaching weight loss from just the analytical, intellectual aspects of your mind is like doing a one-legged squat.

To consistently make the correct decisions, keep up your willpower, sustain your motivation, and do it all with ease, you must use your mind properly.

You need stability, flexibility, strength, endurance, and power.

And there's only one way to get that.

That's to work the muscle, the mind.

It's time to focus on creating a stronger, more resilient, more flexible, and more powerful mind so that you can lose weight with ease and most importantly, keep it off!

That is the best way to lose weight.

And there are tools that you can use for this.

I myself used to wish I had easy control over my eating habits.

I tried to do that all intellectually, and it wasn't working consistently.

Not only was it not working, it was HARD!

I didn't know how to consistently control my mind.

I needed specific tools.

To be at your best, you can't just close your eyes and hope for the best.

It takes specific tools developed by someone who has been through the process.

I have created a program that includes specific tools on how to develop a stronger mind so that you can make better decisions, have more willpower, and sustain your motivation.

This program also will help you feel more confident, healthy, sexy, and powerful.
