Who are you right now?
Well, you are a combination of all of your life experiences, good and bad, combined with how you have interpreted those experiences.
We spend most of our day in our own thoughts. One group of researchers surmises that humans have over 6,000 thoughts per day!
And let’s face it, many of our thoughts are repetitive and habitual.
That may have been acceptable to you for many, many years but are you looking for a new and more exciting way to live your life?
Many of my clients (and myself) are facing the last 30-40 years of their lives. And many of us start to question how we want to live those years.
We see our parents aging or passing away and it hurts. In the depth of that sadness, I think many of us start to envision what we will be like when we’re 70, 80, and 90 years old.
But often we have those negative, self-defeating thoughts swirling around in our heads that tell us we can’t do any better and that we’ve tried this before and it doesn’t work.
Or maybe we start to think it’s too hard or we don’t want to suffer or we’re confused and unmotivated.
Whatever that story is, if it makes you feel bad and defeated before you even start, it certainly is not serving you.
If you are tired of telling the same old story over and over and living your life in a way that is missing vibrant health, creative genius, passionate pursuits, sheer appreciation, and the like, it’s time to tell a new story.
There are some fantastic tools you can use to make this process easier and more pleasurable, I promise!
In the video below, I introduce you to tools you can use to gain control of your health journey and improve your thoughts and therefore your actions, your emotions, and your life.
