Some of these diet foods are rich in protein and easy to make. Others are rich in fiber and add texture.

Each of the following foods has some special quality that makes it a secret weapon food for losing weight.

All of the following diet foods are both NUTRITIOUS & DELICIOUS!

I recommend incorporating the ones that you like into your diet.

*Pro-tip: Cook up some onions with a little broth until they are soft and almost caramelized. Then add the quinoa and cook in broth or water and some sea salt. This will make for some pretty delicious quinoa!
