There are ways to properly nourish your body, your soul, and your mind so that weight loss is a source of personal growth. The process should be pleasurable, fulfilling, and freeing. If it’s not, you are doing it wrong.
The WYN 3-phase process is based on positive feedback loops to keep you inspired and motivated. It helps you adopt better habits, which makes you feel better. As you feel better, your body works better and this makes weight loss easier.
Our unique 3-phase process reprograms your brain to make healthy choices as second nature and rely less on willpower.
Each repetition of the 3 WYN phases below creates layers upon layers of positive feedback loops. This is the ultimate WYN Loop.
In the first phase of your personalized weight loss program, we start by slowing everything down, rewiring your brain and your body for healthy, successful weight loss.
Together, we’ll find out what works for you – and what doesn’t. This is where you’ll:
1. DISCOVER YOUR NATURE: discover what your body needs (observation), understand what motivates you (your “whys”), and figure out what sabotages your success.
2. EMBRACE YOUR NATURE: this is where the planning, rewiring, and willpower work happens. You’ll learn how to beat your brain (cravings, urges, habits) and find your sweet spot (that fine line between striving & thriving).
3. UPGRADE YOUR NATURE: here, you’ll develop new habits and positive feedback loops, change your story, and learn to forgive yourself.
We’ll keep working towards future success to figure out what works for you. This phase is designed to be insightful, inspiring and most importantly, enjoyable.
The next step is to Supercharge!
This phase involves highly personalized strategies to supercharge your metabolism. Each woman’s body is unique – so her fitness and eating plan needs to be unique too.
There are at least 3 ways this can be done, and we use a combination of the 3 Fs: fasting, fat-burning food, and fitness to help you supercharge your metabolism. Depending on what your body needs, we’ll create a custom plan for your future success.
Once we figure out what works for you (and what doesn’t) we basically turn up the volume so you get more consistent and rapid results. The Supercharge phase is all about learning what your body needs – and seeing some results!
Finally, we get to the third phase: Sustain. Here we’ll solidify your habits and you’ll become accountable to yourself, before finally stepping into and owning your new identity.
Keeping weight off is the hardest part of any weight loss journey. In fact, anywhere from 65% to 95% of people that lose weight gain it all back within a year.
Our answer to this is to give people two very specific tools for sustaining motivation for the long haul: Foundation Practice and The Critical Moments Tool.
With these new skills supporting you, you’ll know what to do to achieve your goals, you’ll understand your body’s needs, you’ll do what works, and you’ll stop doing what doesn’t.
